Keystone Chapter No. 2 was founded in Belgrade in October 2013 as Keystone Chapter No. 65 under protection of the Prince Hall Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons of the State of South Carolina. After one year of work under dispensation, and receiving Charter in 2014, Keystone  became one of three founding Chapters of the Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons of Serbia, with the number Two on the list of subordionate Chapters.

Keystone No. 2 meets every second Wednesday in the Month from September to June at the UGLS Temple in Belgrade at 7:00PM.
