Part-Time Visitors

TO: ALL PROVINCIAL SECRETARIES                                TO BE READ IN OPEN LODGE
               LODGE SECRETARIES

Applications are invited from either male/female who have a general knowledge of the Freemasons’ principles:-
The Benevolent Institutions wish to appoint two part time visitors to assist with visitations and assessments of the various applications to our Masonic charities.
Remuneration will be by agreed hours worked.  Travel allowance will be paid.

1. You will be accountable to the Chief Executive but reporting to the Chair of each Fund.

Candidates should demonstrate that they are good communicators and good listeners.

You must have a good knowledge of  I T

4.
You will be required to submit reports for consideration by each of the Charity Funds.

5. You will attend the quarterly meetings of each Fund

6. You will be expected to  liaise with Annuitants, Beneficiaries and  Lodge Secretaries

7. Should further information be required by the Rules and Regulations of each Fund you may
__be asked.by the Chair to do a revisit.

8. Car ownership is essential

DESIRABLE CRITERIA

Knowledge of the Educational Systems in both jurisdictions
Knowledge of the Benefits System in both jurisdictions.
