The building will be closed from Christmas eve until 4th Janaury.

The number of visitors to Freemasons' Hall declines dramaticially from mid-December and throughout January. For this reason the Museum and Library will be closed from 15th December until 15th Janaury and can only be visited by prior arrangement. Please telephone (0131 225 5577) at least one day in advance if you wish a tour during this period (except for the dates above when the building is comepetely closed). In addition the Museum and Library will be closed from 18th Janaury to 29th Janaury to allow for annual maintenance to take place.
