That document was signed by the Grand Masters of the Grand Lodges of Austria, Alpina of Switzerland, Luxembourg, United Grand Lodges of Germany and the Regular Grand Lodge of Belgium. This document is entitled the 'Berlin Declaration' and is concerned with the granting of recognition to the Grand Lodge Nationale Française and particularly matters relating to Principles of Grand Lodge Recognition.
