You have probably been curious about Freemasonry and gathered a lot of information about Freemasonry. You may have browsed the Internet, read the contents of this site or asked a few friends / relatives whom you know are Freemasons. You have, by now, as we say, formed a “favourable opinion, preconceived of the Institution”. You are now all set to become a Freemason and wondering how to become one.
First things first. Nobody sells Freemasonry. You will never find anyone coming and telling you to be a Freemason. Even a father would not tell his son to become a Freemason. A prospective Candidate is expected to find out for himself and make the first move by asking to join. The desire to become a Freemason we believe, must come from within.
The best way to become a Freemason is to ask someone who you know is already a Freemason. If you do not know anyone who is a Freemason, then visit the list of Lodges and get in touch with the Secretary of the Lodge which is most convenient to you. We are spread over 11 cities in Western India. Alternatively you can also Contact Us and we will do our best.
However in all cases, we would request you to read the section “What is Freemasonry?”, download the short papers and view the videos so that you know that you are getting into.
