Promotion of respect and brotherhood across Individuals, Lodges, Districts and Constitutions through transparency and fairness in all dealings

Nurture and support to every Lodge in the District in its growth through the establishment of mutual trust and good rapport, and by encouraging “stronger” Lodges to support the “weaker” ones
