J. Michael Atchley

J. Michael Atchley is a Long Beach State University alumnus. He served two tours of duty as a Marine in Vietnam. His career paths after college and his military service took him from working with iron to working in sales and then working over thirty years with the U.S. Postal Service...

His Masonic career began in 1980 with Epes Randolph Lodge No. 32. Today he is a 33rd Degree Scottish Rite Mason having achieved the Scottish Rite's highest honor, the Grand Cross, in 2011. He is a Past Grand High Priest, Past Illustrious Grand Master, and Past Grand Commander in Arizona. He is a Past Prior of Arizona Priory No. 34, a three Quadrant KYGCH and maintains membership in many Masonic organizations, including the Shrine.

J. Michael is the father of two sons and a proud grandfather of four granddaughters and three great grandchildren. He resides in Marana, Arizona with his wife Peggy.

Robert W. Bradfield

Right Worshipful Robert Bradfield was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He worked for the City of Downey as a Police Officer for 32 years; where he worked all departments from patrol to administration. Upon retirement he moved to Bullhead City, Arizona to enjoy the leisure life. However, now he is back working for the Bullhead City School District.

Bob joined Mohave Valley Lodge #68 in Bullhead City where he served as Master in 2004. Bob served as Very Reverend Grand Chaplain in 2005 for Most Worshipful James Sebastin. Also served for three years as District Deputy Grand Master for the Grand Lodge of Arizona.

Bob is also a member of the Mohave Shrine Club, El Zaribah Shrine in Phoenix, Scottish Rite, York Rite, and the Order of the Eastern Star. He served the Order of Eastern Star as Worthy Grand Patron 2010-2011.

Bob has been married to Billie for 40 years. They have raised six children and have nine grandchildren.

Scott A. Thomas

Scott A. Thomas is a third generation Arizona Mason from Phoenix and Gilbert. After graduating from ASU with a BSE in Industrial and Management Systems Engineering, he held technical, management, and executive positions in commercial and government sectors of the Electronics, Aerospace and Financial industries and still provides consulting services.

A Past Master of Scottsdale Lodge #43, he has served as their Trustee and is also a member of Chandler Thunderbird #15 and Glendale #23, them being the lodges of his Father and Grandfather. He was a Deputy District Grand Lecturer and District Deputy Grand Master for two Phoenix area districts and was Chairman of the Membership Committee within Grand Lodge and has received the Distinguished Service Award.

He is a member of the Scottish Rite KSA in Phoenix and Tucson and is in the York Rite. As a Shriner he has been President of the Past Masters Club. He and his wife Roberta of 30 years own a commercial Interior Architecture firm in Tempe and have three sons.

Craig Gross

Craig L. Gross is a third generation Master Mason and a member of Tucson Lodge No. 4 and Nelson Bledsoe Lodge No. 74 in Tucson, Arizona. He is a native Tucsonan who began his Masonic career in 1983, serving as Master of Tucson 4 in 1988 and 2003, He is a 33° Scottish Rite Mason in the Valley of Tucson, a Knight of the York Rite of Arizona and a Noble of the Sabbar Shrine. He has served as District Deputy Grand Lecturer, Lodge Program Coordinator, Grand Sword Bearer, Public Schools Chairman, on numerous Grand Lodge Committees, past President of Masonic Charities of Arizona, past member of the Scottish Rite Child Language Center (Wings on Words) Directors, Board member of the Square and Compass Clinic, and Arizona Mason of the Year in 2001.

He has also served as Associate Bethel Guardian, Associate Grand Bethel Guardian, and Associate Grand Guardian of Arizona Job’s Daughters, being awarded the Sunburst of Honor in 2003, and was a past Rainbow Dad and a past DeMolay advisor. Craig is also past Sovereign of the Red Cross of Constantine, past Governor of the York Rite White Rose College, and past Master of Southern Arizona Research Lodge No. 2.

Craig graduated from the University of Arizona and Arizona State University with degrees in Planning and Urban Development. He was employed with the City of Tucson for over 30 years, retiring in 2011 as Deputy Director of Planning and Development Services.

He has been married to Lynda for over 40 years and has a daughter Erin who was extremely involved in Job’s Daughters International, Rainbow International and DeMolay International, a son-in-law Ben who was twice Arizona State Master Councilor of DeMolay International and Master of his Lodge in Washington in 2016, and a grandson Cortland.

Michael N. McGee

VWB Michael McGee was raised to the sublime degree of Master Mason on April 1st, 1985 in Wayfarers Lodge #50. Soon after he went on to be Master of his lodge in 1990 and joined the Scottish Rite and El Zaribah Shrine in 1991. He later was a Charter Member of the Northwest Lodge of Perfection and Mohave Valley Knights of St. Andrew and was a member of the Mahave and Winslow Shrine Club's.

Additionally, VWB Michael is on the Mohave Mini Car unit, Scribe for the NWLP, apart of the Motorcycle unit, and serves as the Shrine Cermonial Piper.

A practicing CPA for over thirty years, with extensive experience the last ten years in not-for-profit organizations, including financial controller for Winslow Memorial Hospital, Colorado River Medical Center, Valley View Hospital, Crisis Nursery of Phoenix, CFO for Southern Humboldt Heathcare District, and Grand Treasurer for The Grand Lodge of Arizona F & AM.

In 2010 VWB Michael was hired as the Debuty Grand Treasurer for the Grand Lodge of Arizona. In 2012 he was appointed as Grand Treasurer and the next year was confirmed by electioin to hold the position.

Greg Vasquez

WB Greg Vasquez an Arizona native, raised in Flagstaff, AZ. He is a graduate of Northern Arizona University and holds a Bachelor of Science and of Arizona State University, Master of Technology- Management.

He was Initiated, Passed and Raised in Chandler Lodge No. 34, now Chandler Thunderbird No. 15, in 2005. He served as WM of Chandler 34 in 2010 and as WM of Chandler Thunderbird 15 in 2011. As he likes to say, “I am the last PM of Chandler 34 and the first PM of Chandler Thunderbird 15.”

WB Greg is also a member of the York Rite, he has served two years as District Deputy Grand Master and is currently serving as Senior Grand Deacon.

Boyd Robertson

Boyd Robertson is an Arizona transplant from Farmington, New Mexico. After a brief stint at Oklahoma University he met and married his wonderful wife Judy in 1983. They moved to the Valley of the Sun in 1989 and migrated to Prescott in 1992.

He was Initiated, Passed and Raised at Aztlan Lodge #1. He was Raised at the Outdoor Degree at Fain Ranch in 2006. He served as Master of Aztlan #1 in 2010 and as Master of the Scientia Coronati Research Lodge in 2011-2012. He has also served as a member of the Charters & Bylaws committee, Grand Marshal and as a District Deputy Grand Master.

He joined the Scottish Rite in 2008 at the joint sessions in Tucson and is a member of the Valley of Phoenix. He also joined the York Rite in 2011 and is a member of the Chapter and Council in Prescott.

Arthur J. Montgomery

WB Art Montgomery is a graduate of the University of Arizona, graduating with a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and a major in Law Enforcement Administration. After graduating, he returned as an officer with the Sierra Vista Police Department in Arizona, where he retired as Chief of Police in 2002.

Art is also a graduate of the F.B.I. National Academy, past president of the F.B.I.N.A. Associates in Arizona, and past president of the Arizona Chiefs of Police Association.

He was raised in 1984 at King Solomon Lodge No. 5 in Tombstone and became Master of the lodge in 2014. He is a 32nd Degree Scottish Rite Mason, a Shriner, and member of High 12 Club No. 703.

Art resides in Sierra Vista with his wife, Nancy.

Randy Jager

WB Randy Jager resides in Tucson with his wife Lynn and their two wonderful children. Randy holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and has 30 years of experience in accounting and corporate management.

Randy is a Past Master and current Treasurer of Oasis Lodge No. 52. He is an active member of the Tucson Scottish Rite and has been invested with the rank of KCCH. As the Charter Venerable Master of the Tucson Knights of St. Andrew, Randy also serves that organization as the Secretary/Treasurer. He is an active member of the Tucson York Rite, Sabbar Shrine, Red Cross of Constantine, and the Royal Order of Scotland.
