Brethren,

First let me say that it is an honor and privilege to serve you as your Senior Grand Warden. I thank you for the confidence you placed in me at our 186th Annual Grand Communication. You have spoken and I promise to continue to listen. During my travels across the state, you shared with me your thoughts and concerns. My commitment to you is to continue listening.

There are some who still have questions, please ask them. There are some who have good thoughts and ideas, please make them known. There are others who have concerns; we want to hear them, all of them. We can make a difference by working together.

I have many to thank for this privilege, but foremost I want to thank my wife, Bobby, for standing with me. Your love and support mean the world to me. To the others across the state who supported me, I offer you my sincerest appreciation. You placed your trust in me and for that I am eternally grateful.

Fraternally Yours,

Richard G. Hoover
Senior Grand Warden
